- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products should be in unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
- We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow the instructions provided at the time of purchase or within your order confirmation email. Ensure the product is securely packed and shipped back to us using the provided return label or courier instructions.
Refunds
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a damaged or defective product, we offer free exchanges within the same 30-day period. Follow the same return procedure and specify that you would like an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
